What inspired you to get into healthcare?

I was inspired to go into health care because my dad has epilepsy and seeing what he has gone through made me want to help others that are sick.

What do you like to do in your downtime?

In my downtime I go to my 4 kids activities (which takes up most all downtime), we love boating and traveling as a family , and reading is most relaxing to me!

What is the most important piece of advice you give your patients when it comes to healthy living?

The most important piece of advice I can give my patients is to keep moving. Exercise is so important for our mental and physical health.
