How do I sign up?
Receiving a PIN # from our Registration Staff when you are here for your appointment is currently the easiest way to register
You can also click on the Patient Portal link on our homepage.
Will I be able to see my child/family member's information?
You can associate children/dependant's to your account. You will have access to their health information until they turn 19 years old.
You cannot associate a spouse to your account. They will need to create their own account using a different email address. Our system allows only 1 account to be attached to each email address because your email address is used as your user name.
What can I access in my portal account?
You will have 24/7 access to see information like medications, allergies, immunizations, and lab results from your recent visits to Pender Community Hospital and our Clinics in Pender, Emerson, Bancroft, and Beemer.
How will I know if there have been updates to my portal?
After an appointment, if information was added or updated to your medical record, you will receive an email from email@example.com letting you know that chart has been updated. A link will be included to log in and view your updates.
Why am I not seeing some of my test results?
To protect your privacy, some sensitive lab results are excluded from the patient portal.
What if I notice my information is not correct in my portal?

What if I forget my password?
A forgot password link is included on the login screen. If that doesn't work, contact us at 402-385-3083 and we can help you reset it.
